Our preschool centers around creating safe spaces for children to learn and grow and using a PLAY BASED MONTESSORI APPROACH as a medium for that growth. The early childhood development intern works with the Lead and Assistant Teachers to provide a warm and loving atmosphere for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years. This is a 10 -15 Hours/Week program that runs Monday through Friday. Teachers and interns work together to support the academic and social development of children in the Early Childhood Development Program. Interns must be able to work in a team setting, with patience, enthusiasm and respect for children
The art on Montessori is an art that joins home and school. That means parent and teacher supporting one another in their responsibility to the life of the child.
